By making a purchase of any kind to Danielle Zirk LLC via Venmo, Zelle, PAYPAL OR any payment method for Art you agree to the following terms.

    Each retailer may set its own refund policy, which must be conspicuously disclosed at the time of sale. If the policy isn't properly disclosed, merchants are required to provide refund. Website, Brocure, business location, ect.
  Customer Returns and Refunds Under Federal Law:

 Many retailers, as part of their business models, allow returns if customers change their minds or receive unwanted items as gifts. While many retailers have decided this makes for the best business practice, they ARE NOT legally required to.

We want to make sure all your questions, request, and concerns are met so, PLEASE direct any question or information about your project directly to, Danielle Zirk LLC., daniellezirk@gmail.com

We are always willing to work with you, and a return has never happened, ever in the history of this company, it is the law to present company policy, and inform you of the return/shipping/refund process.

By purchasing ANYTHING from the DANIELLE ZIRK LLC, you are agreeing that:

•50% of quoted price(non refundable) is due as a secure deposit. The remaining %50 is due at the project completion before you receive your product or product is shipped. Should you need special materials (for murals, special wood, metals, anything outside traditional canvas, etc. You may need to pay for materials at the time of deposit.) Once Deposit is paid, your purchase will be held and packed packed, while you will receive a receipt. Your product will only be sent to you upon complete payment.

If you do not complete payment with in 20 days of project completion, your products will become property of Danielle Zirk LLC., and deposit will not be refunded. Of course, if you have issues making your final payment we are happy to work with you and set up a payment arrangement. In the even we do not hear from you after 20 days transaction is void, and no refunds are available.

•ANY ART WORK, design, drawing, custom painting, existing painting, ect., If sold at any discounted price WILL NEVER BE allowed to be returned or changed for any reason what-so-ever. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you MAY make arrangements to exchange your art or have a “store credit” but this will be up for review. Danielle Zirk LLC. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone including returns. AGAIN ANY ART WORK SOLD UNDER ANY SORT OF DISCOUNT, AWAY FROM DANIELLE ZIRK LLC., HEADQUARTERS, OR APPROVED RETAIL LOCATIONS, UNDER DISCOUNT WILL BE NONRETURNABLE AND NONREFUNDABLE. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE EVEN IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE OR ANY CIRCUMSTANCE PERTAINING TO A RETURN ON DISCOUNTED ART. IF YOU BUY A CUSTOM UNDER DISCOUNT, YOUR PROJECT WILL BE PUT BEHIND FULL PAYING CUSTOMERS. Please know, your products are still very important to us, and we will get them done as soon as possible. We do strive to always make you happy, and are willing to work with you. Should a problem arise, please contact us and we will review the concern.

•You understand any changes, not specified under specialized contract, subject the original quote, shipping, or anything outside the stated will result in a non refundable void contract and project will be voided.

•Should there be any discrepancies with anything after deposit is made, the deposit will not be refunded. (This has NEVER happened, nor a return, yet Danielle Zirk LLC. is fully committed to making their customers happy, by any means.

•Shipping is additional unless otherwise arranged. If you are a customer of Danielle ZIRK LLC., you agree to never arrange any type of shipping of art work unless approved by Danielle Zirk LLC., or an official member. If you have fully paid for your work, it is your right to feel free to ship wherever you like at your expense and arrangements. If you ship any art work, belonging to Danielle Zirk LLC. without consent all contracts and agreements are 100% VOID, no deposits are refundable. Danielle Zirk LLC., will fully arrange any and all shipping agreements unless contracted otherwise.

•Danielle Zirk LLC and its employees are not responsible for your work after it leaves our hands. You may pay additional to insure the art.  When your product is shipped, and you are given a valid tracking number, DANIELLE ZIRK LLC., RELEASES ALL LIABILITY ABOUT ITS ARRIVAL, ITS CONDITION, IF IT WAS LOST IN TRANSMISSION OR WHATEVER THE CASE MAY BE, OR ITS WHEREABOUTS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL DANIELLE ZIRK LLC. HOLD ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOUR ORDER PERTAINING TO ITS SHIPMENT AFTER IT LEAVES OUR HANDS. IF YOUR PRODUCT, FOR SOME REASON IS RETURN TO DANIELLE ZIRK LLC., YOU WILL CONTACT YOU TO MAKE ARRANGEMENT TO RESHIP ST YOUR  EXPENSES, OR YOU CAN SET UP YOUR OWN ARRANGEMENTS AS PAID IN FULL. THIS IS A NON NEGOTIABLE TERM OF WORKING WITH DANIELLE ZIRK LLC. NO refunds are available for lost packages.

•You understand the shipping procedure, discounted pricing, refunds, and returns. In addition you release any liability from Danielle Zirk LLC. and all of its employees. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any up-comings. We are are proud to legally abide by Hawaii’s laws and work to help our community and not fall short of excellence.

***** IF ANY ART WORK PRODUCED BY DANIELLE ZIRK LLC. IS EVER USED IN A ABUSIVE WAY. YOU WILL BE PUNISHED BY LAW.  NO AFFILIATION TO CHILD ABUSE, ANIMAL ABUSE, DOMESTIC ABUSE, DRUG ABUSE, SUBSTANCE ABUSE OR NEGATIVE ABUSE OF ANY KIND. YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO PAY FINES ACCORDINGLY.
